PROGRAMME
AGENDA EXAMPLE
One approach to this training would be six 2 day sessions, where you will go on a paradigm shifting journey and evolve your leadership through a process of learning, awareness, self-reflection, mindfulness and interaction with your peers and the facilitators. This programme will evolve organically and dynamically as we adapt to the learnings and what arises within the group. In addition to the workshops, we would offer one-on-one transformational leadership coaching.
